However, there are two things you must be willing to do before a drug rehabilitation center can help you. You must be willing to admit you have an addiction that you cannot handle on your own and you must be willing to seek help.

I think if u are not committed and determine enuff better not to sign in with the gym. I’ve wasted mine. I’ve signed in with Clark Hatch but i was like doing the pump the pilate only once in every six months.

Thanks God i do not have to pay for the monthly fee.
