What The Diet?

I so hate my weight. It just won’t go down! >___<

I've stopped taking rice for over 2 weeks now, yet, still no changes in the look and and weight wise. I'm also skipping sweetened drinks, carbonated drinks etc and only drink water lately. And to add to that, I've also begin to walk home from work instead of driving just so I could burn some calories. Yet... no changes at all. Grrrrr.. I so hate this! I'm trying to lose weight naturally and not with the help of diet pills and so on, but it just seem so impossible now. Maybe I should sign up with some slimming program ya?
