Atkins Diet

I’ve been told about Atkins Diet by a friend of mine who has lost a total of 10kg after only 1 month from doing it. I must say, I’m impressed! And since I’ve no idea what Atkins Diet is, I Googled it and found it rather.. interesting.

There are 4 Phases in the diet, and since I’m a beginner, I’ll just list the 1st Phase food you can take:

1. All fish
2. All fowl
3. All shellfish
4. All meat
5. Eggs
6. Cheese
7. Vegetables
8. Fats and Oil (Butter, unsugared Mayo, Olive Oil, Vegetable Oil)
9. Artificial Sweeteners
10. Beverage

Notice there’s no RICE in there? :(

Oh, ALCOHOL is also NOT allowed during the first 2 weeks of Induction. Hehehehe.. Thank goodness I’m not an alcoholic. lol.

So that’s about it. If you’re planning to lose weight, there’s actually a lot of ways to do so: exercise, Atkins Diet, alli weight loss diet, Herbalife etc. It just takes the patience to do it…
