She’s Pregnant!
An old friend just told me that she’s expecting her first baby.. and I’m really excited for her! Today she announced that the feotus is the size of a peach already! lol. I can imagine the joy she and her husband must have shared today. :-)
Which got me thinking. Just last night, my partner just told me how hard it is to conceive a baby right now. We know a lot of friends and relatives who has been trying hard for a baby, yet, to no avail. It is probably genetic, hereditary or is it the food that we consume?
But whatever it is, I’m just really happy for my friend and I wish her nothing but all the good things in life. I just wish I could attend her baby shower invitations, but at this moment, I don’t think we could afford a plane ticket to California just yet!
