Look Both Ways Before Crossing
Not too long ago, my partner and I was driving along the highway heading back home one early in the morning after a night of partying with my relatives, and sometimes along the way, we saw a pack of people surrounding something. As we drove closer, we could see a boy lying in a pool of blood at the roadside. It was horrifying! We couldn’t tell whether the boy’s alive or not, but I was already praying silently that he’ll survive the accident.
And then last night, my partner and I went out for a drink with a good friend of ours. There, we saw a cat, limping from one place to another. It was a sad sight to see. I meowed at the cat and he came over to us. I stroked it’s head and started talking to it. Poor kitty had a broken leg.. Whoever injured the cat, he/she/it should be shot! Or at least shaved bald. :-P Unlike us lucky humans who could get help from people like the Rochester personal injury lawyer when we got injured, poor kitty has no one to turn to!
What I’m trying to say here is, have some compassion on the animals. And humans too. Also ALWAYS remember to look both ways before crossing the road..
