Life’s So Boring Without A Book

I’m in need of something new to read. I’m getting sick of the joke books and the not-so-romantic novels. I need something more… exciting. Like those murder mystery novels.
But in a small town like this, where would I find one? :-(

I assume you are in Tawau? Yes, buying books to read is HELL in Tawau. In fact buying books to read in Tawau, Sandakan and Lahad Datu is HELL.
But I found the next best thing : The state library. Other than buying some books from Amazon.com, I have been raiding the Lahad Datu state library every week for books to read and they are not bad at all. Sandakan’s is even better. Haven’t been to Tawau’s but I will assume that if I can almost read the whole Stephen King collection in Lahad Datu, Tawau’s cannot be that bad.
Go try it. You will be surprised.
